How it works

AgaMiser enhances your Aga’s thermostat with an accurate thermocouple and modulates the oil flow to hold the temperature you set. In practical terms, that means you can run your Aga cooler overnight or during the day, then have it return to your preferred cooking temperature in time for when you actually use it.
